Are VÉRON Clothes for Men & Women?

Yes! At VÉRON we design with everyone in mind most of our pieces are UNISEX. If a product is specifically for men or women, it will clearly say “Men’s” or **“Women’s” in the product title. Always check the description for details before ordering so you get the perfect fit.

How do you make your products and designs?

At VÉRON, every item is crafted with care. We make your design one by one, making sure each piece is checked and perfected before it reaches you. Unlike other brands that ship pre-made items without attention and leave you dealing with returns none of our materials are mass-produced. Every order is created fresh. We value our customers deeply!

When will I get my order?

You will be notified once your products leave our hands. Depending on your location you should receive your product:

USA and Canada (4-7 business days) Europe (6-8 business days) Rest of the world (7-15 business days)

How can I track my order status?

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to each customer. Once orders are shipped, you will be notified via email about your order and can be tracked with the provided link.

Note: Please give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update.

What is your processing time?

We take pride in our shipping speed. 90% of all orders are shipped out within 48-72 hours after placing an order that includes, payments verification, production, pack, and shipping. We do not ship orders over the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or the holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. If inaccurate or incomplete information was provided, this may cause a delay in processing and shipping your order.

During peak sale season, restocks and new drops the delivery of your package(s) may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

What materials do you use?

We only use high quality Premium fabrics. Clothes that look luxury, feells amazing, and last. We promise you quality!

Do you have a sizing chart?

We recommend using our Size Guide available on each product page. simply click the "Size Guide" button to view detailed measurements and find your perfect fit.

Washing Instructions?

For most of our products we do recommend washing with cold water, inside-out, Air dry for best results. This keeps the colors rich and the clothes fresh. If using a machine washer and hang drying for the best outcome, we would not recommend using a dryer as they might create premature wear or shrinkage of the products. Some products can shrink more considerably than others depending on the materials used, for example a 100% cotton item is going to have a tendency to shrink more than a 100% polyester.

Now as far as detergent choice, we recommend premium choice (*if possible) from your country of origins for best results.

I received the incorrect Item/Color/Size

We first we would like to sincerely apologize if you’ve experienced this issue although it’s extremely rare, we understand how frustrating it can be.

Please double-check your confirmation email to ensure that the item you received does not match what was on the confirmation.

I didn't receive my order, what can I do?

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to receive a delivery notification only to find no package in sight. While it may seem unusual, carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" prematurely, with the actual delivery occurring later. We’ve seen this happen often, though there’s still no clear explanation for why it occurs.

Here’s what we recommend:

Please allow 2 business days from the marked delivery date. In many cases, the package arrives during this window.
During that time, we also suggest checking around your property, with neighbors, or even asking your mail carrier if they’ve seen the package.

I received a damaged package
