Processing Time
Processing takes 48–72 hours. During this time we handle order verification, payment verification, and begin production of your item. Remember, each piece is manually printed for you — nothing is pre-made. After printing, we carefully pack and ship your order. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking as soon as it leaves our hands.
Shipping Time & Estimates
Delivery times vary by locations:
- USA, Canada: 4-7 Business days
- (Not Including Weekends and Holidays)
- Europe: 6-9 Business days
- (Not Including Weekends and Holidays)
- Rest of the World: 7-10 Business days
- (Not Including Weekends and Holidays)
Please note: Shipping times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or due to high demand.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking info to update.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on supplier locations. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged extra for split shipping.
Shipping Delays
Unexpected customs delays, logistics disruptions, or natural events may affect your delivery time. We appreciate your patience in these cases.
Returns & Refunds
If there’s an issue with your order: Contact us first within 4 days of receiving your package. If your item arrived damaged, you must provide proof (photos/videos) so we can verify and assist you. Once approved, we’ll guide you through an easy return or exchange process. Refunds will be reverse back to the payment method used initially.
